This is to inform all the students preparing for the General Studies (GSP) examinations for the Second Semester in the 2017/2018 Session, that they need to take careful note of the following pieces of information:

• The dates and durations for the GSP examinations this semester are as follows:

• Accreditation starts each day by 8.00a.m.
• Accreditation will begin at the GATE of UNEC Tetfund CBT Centre. NOT AT THE ENTRANCE LEADING INTO THE EXAM HALL.
• Comprehensive list of batches for the examination is found below.
• For each of the days you will sit for any of these examinations, you will be identified with a COLOURED PRINTOUT of your EVIDENCE OF COURSE REGISTRATION.
• DO NOT enter the gate leading into the UNEC Tetfund CBT Centre [for any of the GSP examinations] with any of: Bag, Face-cap, Phone [or related/similar devices], and Wallet. We shall not watch over your items.
• Before you leave the computer, after your examination, make sure you click on the green ‘Submit’ button.

DIGNITY OF MAN DEBATE–58th Founders’ Day Celebration

Dignity of Man Debate is an annual Debate Championship in commemoration of the University of Nigeria Founders’ Day. The Debate is based on the British Parliamentary system. It is aimed at promoting critical thinking, advocacy and public speaking skills among our students.

Applications are hereby invited from students of the University of Nigeria who may wish to participate in the Debate.

In line with the British Parliamentary Debate System, applicants are expected to:

1. Constitute themselves into teams, and apply as such.
2. Each team shall comprise two persons.
3. The Department, Registration number and phone numbers of team members should be indicated.

1. Students are advised to report at the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for identification and check-in
2. All students MUST write the examination according to this schedule, as no arrangement has been made for any spill-over.
3. Every student should come to the examination venue with his/her completed continuous assessment (CA) workbook and personally submit it to the invigilators at the entrance into the examination room. No workbook will be accepted after the examination.
