Unbroken Partnership Ltd., the producers of UNBREAKABLE, in partnership with The Youth Friendly Resource Centre of The University of Nigeria Nsukka, is screening the new movie at The Princess Alexandra auditorium, University of Nigeria Nsukka on the 21st of August 2019.
The screening powered by The Knowledge Exchange Centre is part of a training workshop on Youth development aimed at addressing the importance of mental health awareness in the student body among other things.
UNBREAKABLE, a gripping romantic drama that explores what a new husband (Chidi) does when his new wife (Ikepo) begins to exhibit confusing and conflicting symptoms of mental illness, will be showing to invited guests, students and faculty of the University.
Filmed on locations in and around Lagos, UNBREAKABLE stars front- line actors O.C. Ukeje, A’rese Emokpae, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Ebele Okaro-Onyiuke, Bimbo Manuel, Wendy Lawal, John Dumelo and Uche Mac-Auley.
Ebele Okaro-Onyiuke will be in attendance at the screening. Also expected are special guests.
Written by Sola Osofisan, Produced by Buky Campbell and Directed by Ben Chiadika, the producers of UNBREAKABLE hope with this movie to highlight the ongoing conversation on the state of mental healthcare in Nigeria and the sub-continent.
