Biography :


Aguegboh, Stephen Ekene hails from Anambra state, but was born and bred in GusauZamfara State. He is a devout Christian imbued with true greatness wrapped in simplicity and a strong, unshakable faith in the will of God. His philosophy in life is: “Anything that doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” Aguegboh Stephen career started with his completion of his primary school education in Ideal Nursery and Primary School, Gusau,Zamfara State (where he emerged the top in his class). While in secondary school, he won the state award in 2003 for the Cowbell Annual Secondary School Mathematics Competition for Zamfara State.
In 2006, he graduated from the Federal Polytechnic, KauraNamoda in Zamfara State with a National Diploma in Accountancy (Distinction) and was the top in his class. Afterwards, he did is internship at Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank), Gusau Branch, Zamfara State
He graduated from the Department of Economics, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu with a First Class Honours, as the best graduating student both at the department level and the faculty of social sciences. To this end, he won the faculty and department prize for Best Graduating Student in the 2011/2012 session. He also has to his name several national awards such as the prize for national winner in the Nigerian Stock Exchange 7th Annual National Essay Competition for Tertiary Institutions in 2006; the prize for national winner in the African Institute of Business Simulation (AIBS) Innovative Brains Competition (in 2009) and the African Institute of Business Simulation (AIBS) Maiden Ideas Show Contest (in 2010) respectively; the star winner, DigitalSENSE Africa National Students’ Essay Competition (in 2012), amongst many others.
