Mr. Chigbundu Claudius Ibeakanma was born on April 15, 1964. He hails from Umuahia South L.G.A of Abia State. He is an Assistant Chief confidential Secretary and works as a senior secretarial staff under the office of the vice chancellor. He is happily married.
