Biography :

Mr. Akpan Joseph Etim was born on July 22, 1984. He Community Primary School, Ikono where he obtained First School Leaving Certificate in 1993 and Community Secondary School, Ini and graduated in 2003 with Senior School Certificate. He has to his credit Ordinary National Diploma from University of Calabar in 2005.
Presently, he works at security department under Administration under the office of the vice chancellor.
