ACE-SPED Africa Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Power and Energy Development (ACE-SPED). University of Nigeria, Nsukka – Enugu State, Nigeria
The Centre seeks two motivated, innovation-oriented scholars to join its post-graduate program and work in the biomedical engineering device development laboratory.
This opportunity offers full funding and hands-on research with international faculty.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven skills in hardware development
- Strong 3D printing experience (operation, maintenance, troubleshooting)
- Ability to design robotic systems, using Al-based tools
- High proficiency in mechanical design software (SolidWorks or similar, including generative design)
- Evidence of self-driven learning and personal projects beyond coursework
- Preference for candidates who build, experiment, and solve problems independently.
