It has come to our notice that some staff have been experiencing some challenges filling the Staff ID card form online.
This could be due to not following the defined process flow or confusion in the entire registration procedure.
On this note, the ICT unit has set up a Helpdesk team to help in resolving these issues and ensuring that the entire process runs smoothly.
For any assistance, visit the ICT center (Access Bank building) from 9am-4pm daily.
