  • PROFESSOR EDITH OGONNAYA NWOSU, LLB, LLM, PhD, BL, FCArb

Professor Edith Nwosu graduated from the Faculty Law, University of Nigeria in 1992 with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division).  She made a First Class at the Nigerian Law School in the 1993 Bar Examinations and obtained four academic prizes for excellent performance including the first prize in Company Law and Commercial Practice and the first prize in Criminal Procedure.  Edith obtained Masters and Doctorate degrees in Law from the same Faculty.  She joined the Faculty in 1994 and was appointed a Professor in 2011. She teaches Company and Partnership Law and Law of Energy and Natural Resources at the undergraduate level. Edith also teaches Company Law at the postgraduate level.  She has written extensively in her subject areas.

  • DR UCHECHUKWU NWOKE, LLB, LLM, PHD, BL graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Nigeria (Enugu Campus) with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division). He then proceeded to the Nigerian Law School where he also graduated with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division). He obtained an LLM in the Law of International Trade from the University of Wales (United Kingdom) and a PhD in Law from Kent Law School, University of Kent, Canterbury (specializing in Corporate Theory and Governance, Neoliberal Theory and Corporate Social Responsibility).

  • COLLINS CHIKODILI AJIBO, LLB, LLM, PhD, BL is a law graduate of the University of Nigeria Nsukka. After a brief law practice in Abuja, he proceeded to the University of Manchester, United Kingdom where he obtained both the LLM and PhD in International Commercial/Business Law. Currently, Dr Ajobo teaches Company and Partnership Law and Law of Banking and Insurance at the undergraduate level, and International Economic Law at the postgraduate level.   • IKENNA CHRISTIAN OKOLI, LLB, LLM, BL. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) in 2016 as the best graduating male student, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017. He completed his Master of Laws programme in Faculty of Law, UNN, with a record 5.0/5.0. He currently teaches Company and Partnership Law and Law of Taxation at the undergraduate level.
