  • Assoc. Prof. S. L. Ezeoha

Engr. Dr. Sunday Louis Ezeoha (B.Eng., M.Eng. Ph.D –Agricultural Engineering) is a professional Agricultural Engineer; member, Nigerian Institution of Agricultural Engineers (MNIAE); member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE); member, American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (MASABE); registered engineer, Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Currently, he is a lecturer in the Department of Agricultural & Bioresources Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. His research interests include processing and storage of agricultural products, development of machines for processing of local crops, agricultural waste management, food and bioprocess studies, renewable energy studies, agricultural and bioresources mechanization strategies and systems. He teaches on the B.Eng. PG Studies programme.

  • Assoc. Prof. C. N. Anyanwu

Engr. Dr. Cosmas Anyanwu is an Associate Professor of Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering, specializing in Food and Bioprocess Engineering. He is currently serving as Deputy Director of the World Bank Africa Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Power and Energy Development, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is a highly motivated academic who has worked on several national and international projects including as (i) Senior Research Fellow in the Nigerian Deep Decarbonisation Project funded by the French Development Agency (AFD) (2021- 2024); (ii) Senior Research Fellow in the Nigerian Long-Term Low Emissions Strategy Project funded by the Federal Ministry of Environment and French Development Agency (AFD) (2022-2023); (iii) Chairman, Nigerian Technical Committee on Clean Cookstoves and Cooking Solutions and Nigerian Rep. in the Technical Committee (TC 285) of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) (iv) Visiting Research Fellow of ENEA Research Centre Trisaia, Italy on biomass and waste-to-energy conversion projects especially gasification (2005 and 2009); (v) Visiting Research Fellow of Aprovecho Research Centre, Oregon USA (2013) (vi) Energy consultant to the German International Co-operation Agency (GIZ) as well as the International Centre for Energy, Environment and Development (ICEED) on various renewable energy projects, etc

  • Dr. F. U. Asoiro

Engr. Dr. Felix Uzochukwu Asoiro (B.Eng., M. Eng. PhD – Agricultural Engineering) is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is a member of Nigerian Institution of Agricultural Engineers (MNIAE), Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (MASABE). He is currently in the Food Security research group, working also as a lecturer/researcher in the Department of Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering, University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he engages in teaching and supervision of both undergraduate and graduate students. He was awarded the Erasmus+ KA107 Teaching Staff Mobility Grant to the Universidad de Leon, Spain in 2022. His research interests include: Food and Bioprocess and Storage Engineering, Optimization of oil extraction from Nigerian fresh water microalgae, Effects of cultivation systems and extraction temperature on oil extraction of Nigerian fresh water microalgae, Renewable bio-energy with emphasis on non- edible feedstock, Physical, mechanical and thermal properties of  biomaterials with emphasis on indigenous local crops. https://www.unn.edu.ng/internals/staff/viewProfile/ODQ1

  • Mrs. N. N. Aneke

Engr. Nneoma Aneke is a registered engineer and occupies the position of Lecturer 1 in the Department of Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She is a graduate of Agricultural Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and M.Eng from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She is currently tidying up her Doctorate degree in Food Process Engineering in the  Department of Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Nigerian Institute of Agricultural Engineers (NIAE) and she is currently the technical secretary of Association of Women Engineers in Nigeria (APWEN) Nsukka Chapter. She has authored many conference and academic journal papers.
