Main Research Focus: To carry out cutting edge, collaborative and multidisciplinary research that will help improve instructor and student experiences in the field of engineering, while generating evidence-based knowledge and methods for sustainable engineering education interventions, practices, and policies.

- Study of national and international engineering safety standards and specifications as well as engineering safety within undergraduate engineering curriculum in Nigeria.
- Integration of safety contents within selected courses in the Engineering faculty.
- Study of global engineering programs employing a student-centered, industry focused approach to engineering education.
- National study of engineering students’ expectations and perception of current engineering education in Nigeria.
