SUBJECT: INVITATION TO A SYMPOSIUM LECTURE ON THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY IN NIGERIA
The Faculty of Engineering will on Monday August 22nd 2016 be hosting a Symposium on Automotive Design, Research and Development in Nigeria. The symposium lecture will be delivered by Engr. Aminu Jalal, the Director General of the National Automotive Design and Development Council.
Engr. Jalal had on July 1st 2016 delivered a symposium lecture as a prelude to our biennial Herbert Macaulay Memorial Lecture. It was at that forum that he graciously accepted to come again to deliver a more in depth cross-cutting lecture on the topic: “National Automotive Local Content Policy and Opportunities for Research, Development and Training.” The Lecture will benefit the University community.
