SUBJECT: UN-SERVICED TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
This is to inform you that the Vice-Chancellor’s Committee on Unserviced Transcript Requests will be visiting your Faculty, Institute, Centre and Department from Tuesday, September 11, 2018 in an effort to recover all missing results of the affected University graduates whose transcript requests have not been resolved.
Find attached the list of the concerned graduates and liaise with your Examination Officers in the recovery of the results to enable the Committee carry out this important assignment seamlessly.
