The scholarship would be awarded at N80, 000 (Eighty Thousand Naira) per student and will cover tuition and hostel accommodation of that student for the session.

The scholarship scheme will be open to students in 100 and 200 level who will undergo an online test to arrive at the number of students required.

The questions for this test will be drawn from the book-‘ FREEDOM IN OUR BONES’ BY JEFF UNAEGBU, which will be the standard syllabus for the test.

This project also seeks to erect a student Union Hall as there has not been a building for students union activities before now.

The hall will therefore be a multi purpose hall where Students’ Union forums would be held.

Such forums include:

House of Reps Sittings

Union congresses

Executive meetings

Other official activities of the union

Constitutional events i.e inter-faculty debate and socials night.

The hall would contain executive offices and can raise stores and canteens to raise funds for the union. The hall can also be rented out to raise money for the union.
