OPENING OF PORTAL FOR CHANGE OF DEGREE FOR WITHDRAWN STUDENTS
This is inform the University Community in general, and affected students in particular, that the portal will be opened for students who were asked to withdraw from their current departments on account of poor academic performance (failing of core courses) with effect from Thursday, February 28, 2019. This is to enable them generate invoice, pay and fill the online form for change of degree from their current departments to other possible departments in 2018/2019 academic session.
For avoidance of doubt, the affected students are from the following Departments:
- Medicine and Surgery
- Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Nursing Sciences
Please note that only students that applied to the Registrar for re-opening of portal, after they were withdrawn from their current departments, are allowed to have access to the portal.
The portal opened for this category of students will close on March 14, 2019 to enable the relevant departments to submit to the Registrar, list of recommended candidates on or before March 29, 2019.
