Members of Congregation should recall that a meeting was earlier
scheduled to hold as follows:
Date: Monday 25th February, 2019
Venue: Margaret Ekpo Convocation Hall
Agendum: Election of two (2) Congregation Representatives who
are not member of Council on Search Team for the appointment of
Vice-Chancellor.
Consequently, updated List for Claims and Objections was uploaded for input.

The Registrar has taken note of those Claims and Objections,
therefore, uploaded the updated List that will be used for the conduct
of the Election.
Members are to note that accreditation will be done before the
Commencement of the Election. And to ease the accreditation process
and commencement of the Election, members of Congregation are to
obtain their Serial Number from the Updated List and present same to
the Accreditation Officers for issuance of Voter’s Card.
Accreditation commences at 11:00 am while the meeting proper is at 12 noon.
