Abstract
In this paper we examine a new paradigm for baryon asymmetry in which the fundamental Lagrangian is a major symmetry breaking factor. It is opined that gauge fields operating in various astrophysical sites resulted incp violating processes which led to the spontaneous baryon asymmetry. Existing quantum electrodynamic (QED) letters within the astrophysical environment arose from the mathematical formalism of the quantum chromodynamic (QCD) roots. Further implications of the result are also discussed.
