SUBJECT: IMMEDIATE CESSATION OF ALL INTERACTIONS WITH EON REALITY INC
Following the initiation of legal proceedings by EON Reality Inc. against the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, the University Management has issued a directive for the immediate cessation of all interactions and engagements with EON Reality Inc., its representatives, and affiliates.
This suspension is comprehensive and binding, and applies to all activities conducted under the auspices of the University, including but not limited to:
- All official communications, correspondence, and exchanges
- Any form of teaching, training, or knowledge transfer
- Participation in meetings, forums, or collaborative projects
- Any other forms of association or engagement
This action is necessitated by the ongoing litigation and must be strictly adhered to by all staff and committee members involved.
As you are aware, the University maintains a fully functional MOODLE Learning Management System (LMS) and is in the process of implementing the TERAS Blackboard LMS. All virtual and AI-powered teaching and learning activities should henceforth be conducted exclusively through these platforms until further notice.
