Rules and Regulations for Securing a Bed Space in the Hostels
1. Eligibility: Only students who have paid their tuition fees can access the hostel accommodation portal.
2. Payment Deadline: Allocated bed spaces must be paid for within 72 hours; otherwise, the allocation will be revoked and reassigned.
3. Strict Prohibitions:
o It is illegal to sell your bed space to another student (or anyone).
o Squatting another student (or anyone), whether for financial gain or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.
o Violating this rule will result in a minimum punishment of two (2) semesters of rustication.
4. Checking in to the hostels begin on Monday, 17th February 2025
5. Additional Information: Any further details regarding the hostel accommodation portal will be communicated in due course.
Process Flow for Hostel Accommodation Application
1. Visit the UNN portal: unnportal.unn.edu.ng
2. Click on “Apply for UG Hostel”
3. Select “Hostel Management”
4. Click on “Hostel Allocation System (Undergraduate)”
5. Enter your Matric Number and School Fees RRR (2024/2025 session)
6. Submit your details and choose a hostel of your choice
