List and brief profiles of members

Prof. P. O. Ukoha. Qualifications: BSc (1985), MSc (1988), PhD (1999). Specialization: Inorganic/ Analytical Chemistry. Affiliation: Department of Pure and Industrial Chemistry.

Dr. (Mrs.) U. S. Oruma obtained her  PhD in Inorganic Chemistry of the University of Nigeria Nsukka in October, 2017. She is an Associate Professor. Her research interest is synthesis, characterization and biological studies of new Inorganic Pharmaceuticals. This is geared towards synthesis and characterization of organic ligands and their corresponding complexes. The synthesized compounds are tested for their antimicrobial and antimalarial activities.
