  • On Shannon entropy estimators based on spacings.
  • Application of phi-divergence measures in goodness-of-fit tests to multinormality.

  • M. S. Madukaife: Dr. Mbanefo S. Madukaife is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Statistics, Faculty of Physical Sciences of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. His main research interests include goodness-of-fit techniques of statistical distributions, characterizations of multivariate statistical distributions, multivariate statistical inference, multivariate computational statistics, classification and clustering techniques, high dimensional statistics, as well as sample survey methodology and statistical learning.   • A. V. Oladugba: Abimibola Victoria is a Lecturer/Researcher at the Department of Statistics, Faculty of Physical Sciences, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Her areas of research interest include: Response Surface Methodology, Design and Analysis of Experiments, Categorical Data Analysis, and Missing and Outlier Data Analysis.   • C. Arum: Arum, Kingsley Chineduis a Nigerian academic and a Lecturer I in the Department of Statistics, University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN). Arum K.C. had his secondary school education at Odofin Secondary School, Mile II, Lagos State between 1996 and 2002. He proceeded to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he obtained a B.Sc. certificate in Statistics in 2011 as the best graduating student (BGS) of the Department of Statistics in 2011 session, M.Sc. certificate in 2016 and currently a PhD student in the Department of Statistics, UNN.   • M. Eze: Nnaemeka Martin Eze is currently a lecturer with the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. His research focuses on the use of mathematical and statistical methods to develop statistical models.
