Biography :

Prof. Edith Uzoma Madukwe was born in Ogbunka Orumba South L.G.A of Anambra state on 7th November, 1959. She holds a Doctorate degree (Ph.D) in Human Nutrition. She teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Her major interest is in quality evaluation of foods/diets and formulation of novel nutrient supplements.
