Mr. Etukudo Samuel Ime was born on November 25, 1979. He hails from Nsit - Ibom L.G.A of Akwa Ibom State. He is a Chief Clerical Officer and works as a Junior Administrative staff under the office of the vice chancellor. He is happily married.
