Mrs. Affiong Emmanuel Akpan was born on August 8, 1966. She hails from Nsit Ubium L.G.A of Akwa Ibom State .She is a Principal Assistant Registrar and works as a senior Administration staff under the office of the vice chancellor. She is happily married.
