Biography :

Okafor, A. M. is a lecturer in the Department of Home Science, Nutrition and Dietetics, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where she is currently running her Ph. D programme. She hails from Enugwu-Ukwu, Njikoka Local Government Area, Anambra state. She was born on 21st March.
