Biography :

Mr. Onoh, Sylvester Chukwuka, was born on the 7th February, 1958 at Ngwo, in Udi L.G.A of Enugu State. He obtained his B.A’s in Fine and Applied Arts from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1986. He has also completed his course work for the award of a M.A in Art Education from the same Institution. He is married to Mrs. Esther N. Onoh and they are blessed with three Children.
