Biography :

Mr. Celestine Ikechukwu Ugwu was born on November 23, 1975. He is a naïve of Ama-Echara village Okpatu in Udi LGA of Enugu State. He attended Community primary School Nru 1984-1991, Secondary School from 1992-1998 and then he joined University of Nigeria Nsukka as a Carpenter (Carbinet Making). He works at Works Services Department University of Nigeria Nsukka. He is happily married with two children.
