Job Opportunities

Vast opportunities exist in the country for well trained Statisticians. Such persons may be absorbed in Managerial positions in the economy and business, as teachers in the various levels of education or as research personnel in any of the Research Institutions. They may choose to work for Government, Banks or International Agencies. Till date, the Department has turned out a large number of statisticians who have continued to distinguish themselves in their places of employment.
