ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

M.Sc. Degree Programme

Admission to the MSc programme shall normally be open to graduates of the University of Nigeria Nsukka or of other recognised Universities, who hold

(i)                 a bachelor’s degree in Statistics with at least a good second class honours degree or its equivalent;

(ii)               a postgraduate diploma in statistics;

(iii)             any other qualifications other than (i) and (ii) above, which are acceptable to Senate.

Ph.D. Degree Programme

Candidates who possess an MSc degree in Statistics with a minimum of 3.50 GPA on a five-point scale or 3.0 on a four-point scale are eligible to be considered for admission into the programme.
