Continuous Assessment is usually done at the end of the posting for each batch of students. All students sit the 4th MB:BS examination (either Main or Resit Exams). Assessment Methods Marks Clinical Logbook 50 marks Continuous Assessment Essay Type Question 30 marks Multiple Choice Questions 30 marks Clinical Examination 80 marks Oral Examination 10 marks Total 200 marks The total scores for a candidate is sealed to 100 to give the percentage. For a candidate to pass the examination, he/she must score a minimum of 50% in the grand total and must have scored a minimum of 40 marks in the combined clinical examination. |
