Mrs. Roseline Agomuo was born on April 29, 1959 into the family of Mr. Nwogu Nweke of Ohanku community in Ukwa East Local Government Area of Abia State and married to Prof. Emma Agomuo of Kanu Agomuo’s family in Obegu Autonomous Community in Ugwunagbo Local Government Area of Abia State. She is the third child of a family of seven children.
Mrs. Roseline Agomuo had her primary school education in Ikwuorie Community School, Ohanku. She obtained her West Africa School Certificate from Naraguta Grammar School, Jos in Plateau State in 1984, the Teacher Grade II Certificate from Government Teachers’ College Toro, Bauchi State in 1985 and the Nigeria Certificate in Education from Institute of Education, University of Jos in 1996. She attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and obtained a Bachelor of Education Degree in Adult Education in 2002 with Second Class honours (Upper Division).
Mrs. Roseline Agomuo was employed as a Grade II Teacher by Plateau State Government and was raised to the rank of Teacher Grade I. She left their service on 1995. She was subsequently employed by the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2001 as a Senior Clerical Officer and later rose to an Executive Officer. She currently holds the position of a Principal Executive Officer II in the Academic Planning Unit of the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.
